Philip Brace was appointed to the Inseego Board of Directors in 2023. Mr. Brace has 30 years of experience in the semiconductor, server, IoT and storage industries and has served in multiple roles across various disciplines, including software, hardware, engineering, marketing, and sales. His most recent role was as President and CEO of Sierra Wireless Inc. from July 2021 to January 2023, where he led the company through operational improvements that increased profits by more than 100 percent and grew revenue by more than 40 percent, culminating in a successful acquisition by Semtech. Prior to Sierra Wireless, Mr. Brace served as Executive Vice President of Veritas Technologies from 2019 to 2021 and President of Cloud Systems and Electronic Solutions at Seagate Technology from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Brace began his career at Intel Corporation and LSI Corporation, holding various engineering and management roles.
 
Mr. Brace holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Brace is also a member of the Board of Directors at Lantronix and Blackberry.

Steven Gatoff was appointed chief financial officer for Inseego in September 2023. With a focus on increasing stockholder value for technology and telecom companies and a passion for driving change and scaling business models, systems, and global operations in support of growth, Mr. Gatoff has a track record of success in building-out finance teams and strategic growth platforms.

Mr. Gatoff has more than 25 years of financial expertise and leadership experience. Prior to joining Inseego, Mr. Gatoff, served as chief financial officer of Edge Case Research, Inc. During his career, Mr. Gatoff has served as CFO at the following companies: Edge Case Research, Inc.; HALO Precision Diagnostics; Absolute Software Corporation; 8x8, Inc.; PagerDuty, Inc.; Rapid7, Inc.; and iPass, Inc. Prior to these positions, Mr. Gatoff held senior finance roles at United Online, Inc., Sterling Commerce, Inc. and VeriSign Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gatoff worked as an investment banker at several Wall Street firms including Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns & Co., and Credit Suisse First Boston. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Gatoff is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University.

Steve Harmon joined Inseego as Chief Revenue Officer in October 2023, and oversees the company's global revenue growth, marketing and business development strategy. Mr. Harmon has a proven track record of developing sales teams, orchestrating targeted go-to-market initiatives, and fostering collaboration with channel partners to drive revenue growth. His experience in leading sales organizations, particularly those focused on enterprise selling, is an invaluable asset to Inseego.

Harmon has over 18 years of experience leading global teams responsible for sales, marketing and revenue operations. Most recently, Harmon was the SVP of Global Sales at Sierra Wireless, after spending six years at BlackBerry as the Managing Director of US Enterprise Sales. Prior to BlackBerry, Harmon was the Global Vice President of Database & Technology Sales at SAP. He began his career at Sybase where he spent 9 years in various sales roles.

Harmon holds a BS with honors in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

Kurt Scheuerman is appointed SVP and General Counsel, leading Inseego’s global legal organization for corporate governance and SEC reporting. He serves as key legal advisor on all major business transactions including contracts, IP, and licensing. Scheuerman will play a key role in protecting the Company’s intellectual property (IP) assets, maintaining its robust collection of 5G IP, and guarding against infringement/theft. Scheuerman joined Inseego after a successful career at Lantronix, Inc. (a publicly traded IoT networking company), where he served as VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and advised on a broad range of legal matters including employment law, contracts, securities regulation, risk management and insurance, litigation, corporate communications and compliance. Prior to Lantronix, Scheuerman served as VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at DDi Corp., (a publicly traded manufacturing company), where he negotiated and managed the sale of the business to ViaSystems, in addition to advising the board of directors and senior management on transactions, labor and employment affairs, securities regulation, risk management and insurance, litigation, and compliance. Before joining DDi, Kurt was a corporate lawyer in private practice for 10 years. Scheuerman graduated with honors from the University of Oregon School of Law. He is also a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts.

David Markland joined inseego as the newly appointed Chief Product Officer to drive a cohesive and competitive product portfolio strategy for the company. Dave has been at the forefront of integrating pioneering technology into business-critical and mission-critical applications within the wireless industry for the last 24 years. Most notably, he introduced the first 2G GPRS module while at Siemens, revolutionizing wireless communication, and developed the smallest rugged 5G Router while at Semtech, highlighting advancements in compact and durable wireless technology.

Dave’s extensive background encompasses various roles in Product Management, Research and Development (R&D), Technical Sales, Project Management, and Customer Support. Prior to joining Inseego, he served as Vice President & General Manager of the AirLink Router Business at Semtech, where he was instrumental in broadening the product portfolio and enhancing market penetration.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Southampton, UK.

Vishal Donthireddy is Inseego's SVP of Engineering. In this role, Vishal is responsible for driving strategy across 5G WWAN Connectivity, 5G Cloud Networking, and 5G Intelligent Edge that enable and empower IT and OT teams as every industry undergoes digital transformation.

Vishal began his career at Inseego in 2005 as a software engineer. He has worked on different generations of the company's product portfolio, from 2G to 5G. He led a complete redesign of the company's software architecture and oversees the design of all of Inseego's 5G products, which have won hundreds of industry awards and accolades.

Prior to Inseego, Vishal worked as an engineer designing robust secure software for various engineering services companies. He holds a B.E. degree in Computer Science Engineering from Shivaji University, as well as Leadership Programs from UCSD (EPSE, LAMP). He also holds one patent and three pending patents.

Keri Bolding joined Inseego in November 2023 as the new Senior Vice President of Channel Sales. Keri has over 20 years of experience in IT, beginning with 13 years at SYNNEX Corporation, where she onboarded and supported hundreds of manufacturers to enhance their go-to-market strategies. She then held leadership positions at Getac US and Sierra Wireless, where she revitalized channel programs for value-added resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers.

As SVP of Channel Sales at Inseego, Keri will drive deeper engagements with the current ecosystem of partners and expand Inseego’s network, to tap into other avenues for growth and expansion into the market. During her first few months at Inseego, she rebuilt and launched a new partner program, designed to drive revenue through partnerships and collaboration, restructured the sales organization, and signed a new distribution partner.

Keri received her B.A. in Advertising from the University of South Carolina.

Dean Antonilli joined Inseego as the newly appointed Senior Vice President of Service Providers to oversee the company’s sales and distribution strategy with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Multi-Service Operators (MSOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). Dean is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of notable experience in the wireless communications industry, with a solid track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performance teams.

Prior to joining Inseego, Dean led the Airlink router sales teams across North America and EMEA at Sierra Wireless/Semtech. His strategic foresight proved instrumental in propelling the company's expansion and market prominence in these regions. He also brings with him 23 years of experience from Verizon Wireless, where he managed large sales teams, primarily in the enterprise and government sectors.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Sal Aroon joined Inseego in July 2024 in the newly-formed position of Vice President of Operations. Sal oversees the company’s global manufacturing operations, supply chain logistics, global procurement, and distribution functions.

With over two decades of comprehensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, Sal brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in IoT and electronics manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Inseego, Sal was VP Operations at FORM, a manufacturer of augmented reality smart swim goggles. Before FORM Sal held various leadership roles at Sierra Wireless where he was responsible for strategic planning across numerous contract manufacturers and played a pivotal role in aligning operational metrics with corporate goals.

Sal attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology and completed the APICS CPIM program.
