(Nasdaq:NVTL), a leading provider of wireless broadband access solutions, and Dilithium Networks, a leading provider of 3G video telephony solutions, today announced an agreement to jointly promote their complementary 3G video telephony solutions for PCs.
Dilithium's VT-PHONE(TM) enables video telephony calls between 3G handsets, laptops equipped with Novatel Wireless' Merlin line of 3G data cards or PCs connected via Novatel Wireless' line of Ovation(TM) multimedia applications consoles. When ported to a single device, such as the Ovation console, users will be able to access wireless video telephony applications from laptops, PCs and other peripheral devices connected to the Ovation console.
