(Nasdaq:NVTL), a leading provider of wireless broadband access solutions, today announced the availability of MobiLink 2.0 software, a universal connection manager that enables users to access 3G wireless wide area networks (WWAN) and Wi-Fi networks with any Novatel Wireless PC Card Modem or embedded wireless card.
MobiLink 2.0 is a wireless connectivity application that manages the connection of WWAN, Wi-Fi and Ethernet devices to allow quick and easy access to email, the Internet and corporate networks anytime, from any location. With MobiLink 2.0 and a wireless device, mobile users can stay productive and connected to customers and colleagues while out of the office. The design of MobiLink allows for hot swapping of 3G devices.
