Inseego, a global leader in wireless broadband connectivity, announced two appointments to its product leadership team. Ryan Sullivan has been named Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Zack Kowalski has been appointed Senior Vice President, Product Management (SVP), reporting to Sullivan. These leadership appointments reflect Inseego’s commitment to advancing proven leaders into expanded roles as the company integrates Nokia’s Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) business and scales its cloud-first wireless edge platform.

As CPO, Sullivan will drive product strategy across Inseego’s growing portfolio, including the integration of Nokia’s FWA business, and will work across Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations to ensure products meet customer needs and support the company’s growth.

Sullivan joined Inseego in April 2025 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Carrier Product Management, where he helped advance key product initiatives and strengthened relationships with customers and partners.

“This is an exciting time to lead Inseego’s product organization. My focus is making sure our roadmap stays grounded in what customers and partners need, especially as we bring new capabilities into the portfolio,” said Sullivan.

As SVP, Kowalski will lead Inseego’s software and cloud products, including device OS, Inseego Connect and the company’s mobile applications, along with the overall solution strategy connecting Inseego’s devices, software and services. He will also lead business development and product strategy for the Subscribe SaaS platform, reporting directly to the CEO in that capacity.

Kowalski joined Inseego in July 2025 to lead its Channel, Strategic Service Provider and international business development efforts. He has since played a growing role in shaping the company’s product and go-to-market strategy.

“Working closely with our value-added resellers and partners has given me a deep understanding of what Inseego’s customers need and how we can better serve them,” said Kowalski. “I’m excited to bring that knowledge to this role as we grow Inseego Connect and the rest of our software platform.”

Inseego remains fully committed to its channel and strategic service provider partners, and these appointments do not change that focus. Esteban Ibarra will continue to lead Inseego’s Channel business, including its Global IT Reseller and Mobility VAR organizations, while also expanding his role to support growth across Latin America. Alan Scheik will also continue to lead Inseego’s Strategic Service Provider business, supporting MSPs, MVNOs, MSOs and other partners that use Inseego solutions. Both Ibarra and Scheik will report to Chief Revenue Officer Steve Harmon, giving him greater involvement across Inseego’s VAR and Strategic Service Provider businesses.

Ryan Sullivan joined Inseego in April 2025 and became Chief Product Officer in August 2026. He leads Inseego’s global product strategy and roadmap, including the integration of Nokia’s Fixed Wireless Access business. He brings more than 20 years of experience in product, engineering and technology leadership. Before becoming Chief Product Officer, he served as Inseego’s Senior Vice President of Carrier Products. Prior to joining Inseego, Sullivan was Chief Product Officer at Sorenson Communications and held leadership roles at T-Mobile and Sprint, where he led teams developing new products and technologies.

 

About Zack Kowalski

Zack Kowalski joined Inseego in July 2025, previously leading sales and business development outside of direct carrier relationships, including channel partners, distributors, OEMs, MVNOs, MSOs and strategic partnerships. He brings more than 17 years of experience in business development, operations and supply chain management. Before joining Inseego, he spent 13 years at Kajeet, helping grow the company from a consumer-focused MVNO into an IoT provider. He also helped introduce Inseego products to new markets. Earlier in his career, he managed production and supply chain operations for a consumer goods manufacturer in the U.S. and Asia. Kowalski holds a BBA in Business Management and Supply Chain Management from Northern Arizona University.
